Common questions
How do I buy coins?
Open the Mimu app, go to your wallet, and tap "Buy Coins". Choose a coin pack and complete the purchase through the App Store or Google Play.
How do coins work?
Coins are deducted per minute while you are in an active call. The rate depends on the host you connect with. You can see each host's rate before starting a call.
How do I become a host?
Tap "Apply to host" in the app, fill out your profile with a bio and photos, and submit. We review applications within 48 hours.
When do hosts get paid?
Hosts earn diamonds during calls. Diamonds can be withdrawn weekly through the payout section in the app.
What if I have a problem during a call?
You can end the call at any time by pressing the disconnect button. If you experience technical issues, email us and include the approximate date and time of the call.
